Think of our customer care department as a cross between a fine hotel's concierge and a really great travel agent. Not to mention, we are the only such service in the Birmingham area! We're here to answer any and all questions and to guide you along the journey of building your dream home. There is a customer care specialist assigned to your neighborhood. You'll meet us shortly after selecting your new homesite and floor plan. We'll be your one-call center, since there are so many builders, sub-contractors, inspectors and suppliers in and out of your house every day. We may not know the answer to your question, but we know where to go to get it!
